Schools must be licensed and registered with the state of Illinois to receive the school field trip pricing rate. If your group is not licensed and registered with the state, please see our regular admission pricing under the fall festival tab.
Summer Field Trips
Farmer for the Day (Summer-Early Fall, weekdays only)
$12.50 per student (Teachers and Chaperones are free)
Package includes:
• Tour of our working farm and learn how our crops grow!
• Hands on experience and pick produce to take home and share with their families.
(Varieties and quantities vary depending on time of year)
• Participate in a Honey Chat on how we raise our bees and what they do for our orchards and fields on our farm.
• Photo opportunity by our tractor(s) and fields (make sure to bring your own camera!)
• Visit our Barn Yard Petting Zoo. Quarter feed vending machines are available for purchase (additional fee of .50 ea)
• Animal Feeding Cups are available as an add-on option for $2.00 extra per student.
• Play ground is included and our large open picnic area for those who wish to bring a sack lunch.
• Pizza or Hotdog Lunches are available (with advance ordering) for purchase.
Please allow 60-90 minutes for your field trip.
Fall Field Trips
Apple Picking Field Trip (August 19th-October 21st)
$12.50 per student
Package includes:
• 15 minute Educational Tour of our Apple Orchard
• View of our Honey Bee Hives (from afar) with discussion of pollination of our crops
• Experience picking Four Fresh Home Grown Apples Directly from our Trees. Varieties vary per day.
• Sample of fresh pressed Apple Cider
• Bookmark with Fall Festival coupon
Please allow 60-90 minutes for your field trip.

Package A+: Fall Festival Fun, plus walking tour!
$13.00 per student and $10.00 per chaperone (district teachers are free of charge).
Package includes:
• 15-20 min. educational walking tour by one of our tour guides. Learn about our family’s farm and how it operates and how our apples are grown.
• All fun activities and attractions our Fall Festival has to offer
• Each student will also receive a pie pumpkin to take home.

Package C: Apple Picking + Fall Festival Fun
$20.00 per student and $12.00 per chaperone.
Package includes:
• 15-minute guided Educational Tour of our orchards
• View of our Honey Bee Hives (from afar) with discussion of pollination of our crops

ALL CLASSROOM TEACHERS ARE FREE!
**Chaperone – Adult supervisors are required to accompany students throughout their field trip. Students should never be left unattended. A chaperone-student ratio of 1-5 is required for all field trips.
ALL CHAPERONES ATTENDING THE FIELD TRIP ARE REQUIRED TO PAY.
A $75.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied to the balance due. The deposit may not be applied toward any other purchases/items.
